ve, I used to apologise constantly for my very existence. I used to people please like crazy and shrink myself down just to fit in or avoid being seen, I'd dim my light all the time and all of this caused me immense suffering. At the same time, I somehow knew there was more to me and more to life. Why was life so hard? Why do we have to suffer so much? Why does everyone seem to accept that this is how life should be? Surely there had to be more to life. And for my own personal happiness, I had questions such as, What's my purpose? How can I be happy? How can all of this be easy, enjoyable and fun? How can I be the best possible version of me? It is from my constant questioning that led me to this most amazing path and journey, to find that this has all been within me this whole time. And now I've gone from living in my mind (which is a constant source of suffering) to living from the very truth of me where I know my worth, my value and I have so much love and compassion for all parts of me, especially those parts that believed I was less than who I truly am. And now I'm living my true purpose, which is to be ME, the real me, sharing my gifts and shining my big bright beautiful light with the world just as my soul intended and yours does too. Allowing myself to shine ends my suffering and makes me feel more alive, free and more like me than I could've ever dreamed possible. And I want you to feel, know and live this too!
