Hi everyone! I'm Jade and I offer a convenient mobile blood test service from the comfort of your own home, or workplace.

๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐: Starts from ยฃ15 per home visit.
๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ: CQC Registered, Fully Insured, and DBS Checked.
๐๐ด๐ฒ: Open to anyone over the age of 12.
๐๐ผ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐:
๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ก๐๐ฆ ๐ง๐ฒ๐๐๐: I deliver your samples safely to the lab at either George Eliot Hospital or City of Coventry Health Centre, and the results go straight back to the requestor.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐: If you have a private test that needs posting, I can take the sample and post it for you.
๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐: Please have your relevant paperwork or blood test forms ready for your appointment.
๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ & ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8am - 5:30pm (Keep an eye on this page for any schedule updates!)
