Yoga is something I love to teach and practice, it has brought so many positive changes to me and my life over the years which is why I feel so passionate about being able to share this magical practice.
The benefits are endless ✨yoga helps bring balance mentally, emotionally and physically, depeening body awareness, connection to self, breath and the present moment, restoring energy, lowering cortisol levels, reducing anxiety, enhancing agility, improving sleep and so much more.
I offer various types of Yoga but Somatic Yoga holds a special place in my heart as it allows us to feel into our internal landscape and space to come home to our bodies, always guided by the rhythm of our breath.
