Has anyone else been struggling to work in this heat? ☀️🥵 I know I have!

I really feel for my 2 nephews and all of the teenagers currently sitting their GCSEs — trying to revise and concentrate in this weather is incredibly tough and only adds to the pressure they’re already under.

If your child is starting Year 10 or Year 11 in September, one of the best ways to reduce stress when GCSEs arrive is to make sure they feel fully prepared well in advance. Building confidence early means less last-minute cramming, less anxiety, and a much more positive exam experience.

In 1995 I became Foster Carer and the help for these kids was awful.
I imagine those kids are now not achieving much in life.
Giving these kids mentoring showing them they can be the drivers of a different outcome to their future this would be so beneficial.

Last year I participated in writing a Menopause research paper on how BC can help alleviate Menopause symptoms with Tracey LC Wilson, Emma Barwick and Vickie.
We did the client session, collated the data, turned it into a research paper and waited for it to be accepted by a medical journal

Fantastic day yesterday working with Leanor from Shropshire Sound Therapy Allison Timmins from wholistic wellbeing and Clare from Massage by Clare delivering a retreat day to a fantastic group of women.
It was a calm , relaxing and healing space enjoyed by everyone who attended.
