Good afternoon friends, this post is part two of 'connecting with guides', a few people have asked for more details of how we teach others to connect with guides so this is a continuation of next steps.

Step one was to get students to describe how they connect with the guide energy, and how it manifests itself to them. Step two covers communication in more detail.

Some people see guides as Indigenous Indians, monks, or even aliens and animals, this is guide energy shapeshifting or manifesting as a persona that you will not be scared of and can accept.

From my teachings by my connections I am aware that those I communicate with are in fact pure energy, That energy exists between the earths surface and its protective barrier the Ionisphere, not only does it exist as pure consciousness but it is a super conductive energy too.

We are actually living in an energy soup, with millions of different frequencies all mixed together, and we can actually hear some of them as tones or like white noise that many call Tinnitus, you maybe the type of person who needs to hear words spoken softly in your ear, or like me the information is placed within my mind.

Then you need to focus on this and understand those little abstract influences that happen all of the time, are the start of possible conversations, when you go into an altered state of consciousness like meditation, you are trying to narrow down that focus and clear your channel.

As we are surrounded by guide energy all day and night, it is your choice as to when you would like to connect, it can be when meditating, gardening, walking or doing anything that is mundane enough that is is considered a semi automatic reflex.

If the tones or white noise changes from your norm, it will be the guide energy close by disturbing the frequencies, ask them to draw close and work with you? If a random word or sentence is placed within your mind, ask them why it was given to you and what is their reason for doing so?

I always treat these incidents as if the person is standing in my auric field, those conversations for me happen many times a day without me needing to alter my state of consiousness, I am blessed to be able to communicate almost at will and often in a format of multiple connections at the same time, as if having a group conversation..

We as incarnate spirits need to accept that we are surrounded by discarnate spirits 24/7, I often have asked a guide that is communicating with me while sitting on the toilet or having a shower 'can you see my physical body'? The answer is always the same 'we are energy we no longer have eyes'.

So if you want to connect to a guide then you need a purpose for that connection, are you doing it for your ego, or for your education, or to serve others? When I was first learning my mentors always advocated that I was in control, of when, where and how communications were done between us, and that I should enforce a disconnection to preserve my boundaries.

This teaching has never sat well with me, because it infers that there is a belief that the guides must be only used during certain organised sittings, this to me means a lack of trust between us, think on this before you decide?

Are guides higher evolved energies than us mere mortals? YES. Then we need to trust them unconditionally, they probably know us better than we know ourselves. Oh and never use foul language or be rude when conversing with them, or be in a state of influence under strong drink or drugs.

Remember listen for anything unusal in tones or white noise that is a calling card, if you get random words placed in you mind this too is a calling card.

Good evening friends, we held our spiritual development group last night after a break for summer works, there was a lot of information coming through as the focus was 'connecting with a guide'.

What stood above all of the information received and shared was a simple sentence from my guides, 'too much spiritual teaching of this subject is based on faith above knowledge'.

The first question that needs asking of the participants is 'what do you believe a guide is'? The next question is 'how do you connect to your guides'? If we as teachers do not teach these subjects clearly then how can we help those seeking to connect with their guides?

We all have the innate ability to be healers and mediums, because our soul fragment within has a self healing lightbody, and the lightbody is also the receptor of spirit to communicate with.

Good afternoon friends, I have just completed a wonderful remote healing session with my guides and a lovey lady, a couple of things came up during the session that you may find helpful or like me learn a bit more detail of what we are doing, I need to say if it doesn't resonate with you please do not dismiss it as if it is wrong, it isn't, it is just our teachers have different perceptions and methods.

Cord cutting:

We removed 2 cords of attachment from this lady and she asked why can she not do it herself?

This is their response, It takes your own energy and intention to remove a cord or clear a chakra, but in doing it yourself what actually happens is you connect to the original cord energy again via a different process, even if you have been taught to cut and send the cord back to its origins what you have actually done is duplicate it at a lesser power.

Like in a past life regression the facilitator takes your consciousness back to the origins of a trauma event that affects you today, you are then guided and assisted in healing this trauma event, but your reconnection of consiouness has already duplicated the event trauma and stored it in your own shadow chakras.

Here it could grow stronger and manifest as another problem at any time, by using a third party as the connector to the energy you are protected and prevented from a reconnection to the original energy, because the third party healer does not have the same energy as you they are unaffected and any healing work will become more permanent.

Past life regression has it's place but for viewing a past life, but using the clients energy and consciousness to self will cause problems down the road.

Energy cannot be destroyed only transmuted so setting the intention to sever or destroy a cord will not work, if the originator of the cord is alive now they will feel any disconnection work going on especially if any malice of thought is involved, they may well try to reconnect another cord, by initiating contact again via any form available.

If the originator has already transitioned where do you send the cord energy? The origins will be in the akashic records of that person, so as the healer that is where you send it thus completely erradicating any energy link, you cannot nor should not try to transmute the energy of anyones Akashic records, as this can and does lead to contamination of the Akashic records energy pool.

Because all of the energy in that Akashic record pool is both positive and negative in origins, messing with it causes energy to escape when it should be retained, this has been happening constantly for many years now and caused many problems, these were rectifed yesterday by an intense burn of universal higher frequency energy that forced all of the tainted energy back into its original record space.

So my guides final message is this please look carefully at all available information from guides relating to the Akashic records before attempting to enter them either for yourself or a client, just because someone wrote about it in a book or created a Youtube video doesn't make it correct, missinformation spreads quickly and the ego's of many add to the power of these written words and videos, trust your own intuition and hopefully there will not be a repeat of the Akashic record energy pool contamination again.

Good morning friends, I have been asked by my guides to explain a little about energy healing in a form that may be unfamiliar to many of you here.

'Working environments'.

As a builder throughout my life I loved to create things for my employers or clients directly, I now know that I was born to build things and put my energy into them as repositories for others to draw on when needed, I never knew or understood that until recently.

There are people all around this world doing the same things without even ever knowing, do you remember the word "Vocation" used in the past to describe 'nurses and doctors, priests and clergy, police, teachers etc?

These were 'jobs' that you chose because deep inside there was a feeling that you could make a difference, and yes before anyone says all jobs are like that or can be if you love your job enough, I know this but there is a difference between loving what you do and subconsciously setting an intention to help your fellow man whilst working in your chosen field.

I am going to explain more from my field of experience, I still get a real buzz even at 75 years old, from seeing the transformation of a pile of building materials into a finished project done by own hands, I don't set out to invest my energy into that project intenionally to create this energy repository, it just happens with every task I do on that project.

So it is with anyone who has that same desire to improve the life or environment of their fellow man, the teacher who goes just that extra mile, the nurse who invests her love into the care of every patient, the policeman who uses the law to educate first before making a decision based on just the letter of the law.

Good morning friends, I want to pass on some information that I have received regarding the energies and events worldwide.

There are many different factors at play during the worldwide weather anomilies, with severe heat, wildfires, earthquakes etc, these are all linked to a contamination of the Akashic records energy pool.

Many people relate our Akashic records as a sort of library full of our own history books, this I am told is a misinterpretation of what they actually are, the Akashic records are in fact an energy repository, every record individually stored from every soul fragment that has ever existed.

Let me start at the beginning, we know that our spiritual/human bodies have a chakra system, consisting of seven main chakras that are fully interlinked with the physical body, but there are many other out of body chakras that are like DVD recorders of both detail and energy.

Every event in our short earthly lives is recorded and stored by these out of body or as we call them shadow chakras, when we transtion back to spirit all of this stored information is taken back up our cores into the Akashic records energy pool, where it is reviewed and the stored.

Then our soul fragment passes through unencumbered by any other energies back to the oversoul, where the currently discarnate soul fragments remain till they are called upon to provide a soul fragment for an embryo in either a human or other sentient lifeform.

That's the brief synopsis done lol, now for what has happened to the Akashic energy pool, because every person on the planet has an energy core from source/god/allah/buddha or whomever your belief is in, and that core passes from them to the oversoul collective then down through the Akashic records energy pool into the chakra system of the host body, then into mother earth herself to complete the energy circuit.

Because of what we humans are doing to and on the earth and have been for a long period the earth has started to cleanse itself of our unwanted contamination, hence the current weather and earthquakes, but more than that there are people here on the planet actively trying to contaminate the Akashic records for their own gains.

This has caused toxic and contaminated energy to flow in reverse up their cores, and has created a sort of contamination layer on the underside of the Akashic energy pool, this has to be cleansed, and the universes response will be one of an intense energy burst through a deep space portal.

Things will peak here on earth in early August and there will be a short period of calm created by the lion's gate portal on the 8/8, but on the 12th of August there will be 'a new moon, a solar eclipse and six planets in alignment' which will open the deep space portal to allow a huge energy influx to burn off the contamination, some will feel intensly unwell at this time but it will quickly pass.

After the 12th August things should quickly calm down around the world, but unless we as the resident alpha caretakers of this planet take heed of this lesson, and change our ways dramatically then in the future there will be a much greater event that will force us to change our ways.

We have created an energy grid from crystals a long time ago, that can be accessed via intention by any and all lightworkers on the planet, to be used as a separate channel to send focussed healing energy into the Akashic records energy pool to assist with the clearing of the layer of contamination.

I will add a picture in the comments section under this post, so that all willing lightworkers can direct their own energy to the grid to help in this much needed clearing.

A little evening guidance from the team, relating to 'Past Life Healing'.

What is a 'past life healing, how is it done and why does it need to be done???

"When we talk about healing the trauma from a past life that is impacting on the life being lived today, we are talking about stored trauma energy seeping back through the core from the persons Akashic records.

Because the original trauma occurred in a far distant incarnation, and has been recorded and stored in the Akashic records it cannot be erased, but it can be healed or harmonised energetically by a trained healer.

We are not talking about using hypnotherapy and regression as we feel this is misleading, we are talking about the healer and the clients soul working together, to heal 'the original trauma' by this we do mean the first event not an echo of that event because there will be many.

How is it done? When the client is being treated by a healer, the first thing that is needed is for the healer to raise their core connection to its highest level and balance it (as above so below), Then all chakras will be clear of blocks and fully functioning, creating a full Auric field, as without this clarity the healing cannot be safely done.

This will rarely be on their first healing session, because there will be many blocks to clear that come from that original trauma, but once they are fully connected then the healer along with the soul of the client can achieve what many feel is impossible.

The healer will enter an altered state of consciousness and connect to the core and the soul will guide them up and into the Akashic records, the healer must have only one intention and that is to find 'the original trauma', once the soul indicates that they are within that record images will flow back to the healer, the soul will then both allow the healer and join with the healer in healing or harmonising that record, never removing it only balancing the energies held within it.

For me when I do this I visualise creating a perfect body from the inside out, I see the wounds close and return to their previous condition prior to the trauma happening, the client does not usually feel anything happening, because if they did then its most likely that they have subconsciously connected back to the record, this is how we see regression therapy working, if this happens then that original trauma energy is copied over into the clients energy field again.

Once that original trauma is healed or harmonised all of the subsequent echos will be healed too, this is done automatically as the healer brings the new energy back with them down through the clients core, we say that the main reason the client has a past life problem isn't just because of that original trauma, it is because over multiple incarnations echos of that trauma have been recorded into the Akashic records, they have built to such a level that again the record has imprinted itself on the client in this life.

We will use an analogy here to explain it in a more simple way, think of a large pond and you pick up a rock and throw it into the middle of the pond (original trauma), this starts to create many ripples coming back to shore (echos in other incarnations), because the original rock that creates the ripples is co-created energy and is then stored in the Akashic record at transition, it is only when this is harmonised that the ripples stop.

The human race is constantly evolving becoming both more corrupted genetically and also more resillient to environmental changes, but is also requiring a higher degree of energy healing to sustain this evolutionary process, only by healing these original traumas can the next set of Akashic records be clearer, allowing the evolution of mankinds organic host bodies to fulfill their true potentials".

I hope this short insight into past life healing has been helpful, and even thought provoking enough to get you questioning whether something you are suffering from may indeed be from a past life and in need of healing.

Good morning friends, just a quick observation from the guides this morning relating to our etheric lightbody and its self healing repair ability.

There are and have always been 'tools' used in energy healing that people swear by as being effective, sadly there are companies profiteering from the sale of these tools too.

What the guides are saying is that most energy healing comes from intention, and the intentions of a healer actually work at clearing blocks and repairing compromised physical connections, from the lightbody to the physical body.

I for one know this works exceptionally well in most cases, but there will be cases where severe and long lasting damage has been caused to those connections and healing in the normal way using intention is less effective, this is where amplifying tools should fit into the process and not before.

Let me explain, under normal living conditions we as a physical host are always prone to damage from viruses, bacterias and injury. These are generally of minor concerns and the lightbody copes well with these, but every so often the blocks or disconnections within need a boost that's where Energy Healers come in.

The Energy healer can boost energy connections and fields, can repair breaks and remove blocks thus allowing the lightbody to get back to full strength, then the lightbody takes over again and life gets better.

However if you start to use tools for relatively minor problems instead of the lightbody, then there is a greater risk of you causing more permanent disconnections from the lightbody to the physical body. Some of these tools are created to ease pain (mankinds greatest enemy), but if you damage or disconnect the lightbody from the physical then it becomes more and more redundant.

In doing this we then create a dependancy on the chosen tool, but like all things within this complex organic structure balance is key, think of what overuse of 'antibiotics' has done, there are increasing numbers of conditions that no longer respond to their use, so the big pharma companies create stronger chemical based drugs, this cycle needs to be broken.

I am not in any way saying the 'tools' should not be used by trained healers, whose intentions are correct in trying to clear and repair the connections, but these tools are now readily available to the untrained masses, who don't fully understand the lightbody and its functions, so many more people are damaging their own self healing abilities.

I will leave this for you to ponder upon and welcome any thoughts you may have regarding this topic, in any very complex organic organism there is and always will be many different modalities of assisting the healing process, but assisting doesn't mean substituting a TOOL for self healing ability.

Good morning friends, I hope this post will get through, if not then there is still a problem with my page.

Today we were watching the news on breakfast TV, and I saw an article relating to "The government is now going to advise parents about children and screentime".

What has happened to the human race? Why do we need the government to tell us how to bring up children? Where has common sense gone? Are we being uneducated by stealth?

I know what many will say that in the 50's we didn't have computers and mobile phones, so the children of those times went outside to make their own playtime, but even when screens first came onto the scene for the masses they were not for children of the masses only the rich could afford to give them to their children.

As time went on the likes of Nintendo came along creating cheaper handheld devices that had simple games for chldren to occupy them, they had a shortish battery life so the children themselves didn't spend too many hours on them, but technology moves quickly and the devices became more sophisticated and because other companies got into the game the prices fell dramatically.

What started out as a small device to give a limited time of indoor enjoyment soon spiralled out of control, the companies decided to target the adults more giving them all sorts of options to destress from their working days, then came the influx of software companies creating more violent content to give the adults a real buzz, this in itself led to milder violent games like Mario being brought out to get the kids hooked, sadly many parents who played these violent games became so desensitised to their content that they allowed their children access to them too.

Even though the schools brought in IT lessons to educate the children on the use of computers and software, that then lead in to University degrees in both computer science (developing better hardware), and computer programming and even gaming courses (the development of programs to use on these new computers and their eventual Apps).

All of this has created great strides in many areas of society if used effectively, but we are human beings and if we can monetise or weaponise something to give us power over others we will. We now have AI coming online in a big way, said to create easier lives with more leisure time, manufacturing will be done more by robots and AI programs, even driving a car is becoming something the younger generation of people will no longer need to do, nor will they be able to do it either as automation takes control.

So, going back to my question "Are we being uneducated by stealth"? Are we humans being taught things that will in the next 10 years be totally redundant? Who is really in control, because I worry that even our current children and grandchildren will not have a job in 10 years time, they will have so much of their days with nothing to constructively do with all the AI created Leisure time they will have.

I will leave this for you to read and come to your own conclusions, maybe some of the elder generation could be called upon to share their views of common sense, before it become too late and they are all gone, AI in my opinion will not recommend a course of action that is detrimental to its ongoing evolution, Yours in love light and truth always John.

Good afternoon friends, I was watching the news this morning about children with severe food allergies, so I thought to ask my guides for some input on the reasons for the huge increase in cases, what follows are their views on the situation humanity finds itself in today.

"We are pleased that you have asked for our input on this matter today, we would like to give you some clarity on a few things that are related to this condition, your scientists are now at a stage of understanding and development that they can edit the Genes within the human DNA to remove certain defects from it.

The last time this was done by a group of scientists was at the time of the emergence of Neanderthal man, it was done by the Arcturian science race, not to be confused with the Arcturian spiritual race, this scientific interference back then was to create a human with stronger abilities for both hunting, mining and procreation.

Your planet was targeted by many other races, to exploit the gold and many other natural minerals that were scattered across it for their own uses, creating a specific type of controlable workforce was a justifiable way of testing their theories on enhancing the emerging human race.

One of the first things these scientist did was implant a small chemical secreting gland within the brains of humans, the resulting combination of chemicals produced could be controled remotely by these scientists, it could produce a chemical that induced a sort of euphoria as a reward for the human obeying the commands given.

Conversely, it could also produce chemicals that induced pain and paralysis all be it temporary, as a means of punishment for disobeying the commands given, your scientists call this implant 'The Pineal Gland', since it was implanted into early man and woman it has now been incorporated into the Genetic makeup within all strands of your DNA.

Getting back to your question on why so many children are being born today with food allergies? The Genetic materials in the human DNA are beginning to become more corrupted, by the natural cross and interbreeding of the different race profiles here on the planet, millenia ago certain powerful dynasties believed that keeping a bloodline 'pure' could only happen within a single family.

As your scientists well know such constant 'interbreeding' speeds up the number of mutations within a gene pool, the mixing of bloodlines has become so complicated that only deep science based analysis can sort out the Gene sequencing within DNA, the cycle is returning back to its origins but this time it will be mankind doing their own Gene Editing not an outside race interfering.

With travel becoming faster easier and more prolific in the last century alone, the resulting cross breeding of races from opposite sides of your planet has increased many fold, but as with all organic materials they don't always blend well together, this is why there has been a huge rise in all sorts of conditions in the last decade or two.

Along with specific food allergies we also have allergies to certain medications you were allergic to penicillin as a child, but were cured of it by being overdosed by the Army doctors who ignored the information in your doctors records, in short your body had to acclimate quickly to being dosed regularly with penicillin over 10 days.

Other medication allergies are prolific amongst humans, as are allergies to certain pollens from plants, to chemicals used in manufacturing everything from soaps to cleaners and even air fresheners, the one thing your scientists have yet to learn fully is that allergies from corrupted Genetic materials in DNA are hereditary, and can be passed down to any child.

So, if only one parent has a particular corrupted Gene in their DNA then there is a greater chance of their offspring escaping that allergy, but if both have the same corrupted Gene then there is this greater risk of an allergy and it being severe.

You need to understand that this same principle of singular and duplicate corruption, is also behind the rise in Neurodivergent cases not just related to allergies, once your scientists get to grips with Gene splicing and editing many conditions can be eradicated within the DNA, but even if that happens nature will find a way to maintain the balance of the human population.

Think of it this way if the only way to completely eradicate disease was to analyse all DNA in every person and then every foetus, and only allow certain couples to have children that would be born perfect in a Genetic way, it would take many centuries to create a disease free world, and during that time there would still be illicit copulation resulting in children still carrying some corrupted Genes.

Or the world would have to regulate all potential children, and only people with perfect Genes could produce a child together, or far worse all future children would be cloned from perfect Gene Pools, and a normal pregnancy would never happen.

That my child is a world we would not wish upon any race, as ultimately it would precede the demise of the human race as you understand it today. We hope that our information has been helpful in clarifying our views on the question you have asked of us?"

My guides and I responded to a question on another group page regarding 'Are you an Indigo Child'? I felt it needed sharing to a wider audience.

Although born in 51 this resonates with me so much, I have had many spiritual experiences all through my life, several mediums have called me out as the reincarnation of "John the Baptist" because they see my spiritual work as preparing the way for others to follow, teaching truths in a way that few others do.

I am an energy healer and work with Arch Angel Michael in restoring balance when the dark gets into our earth dimension, I also work with our Mother Earth herself in transmuting excess negativity from places around our world, these negative energies are stored within the planet itself as co-created energy that people living there today ground into, this then causes many repeats of the negative cycles that are stored there.

For thousands of years since Christianity appeared in the Middle East this land has been the site of so much death and destruction, this is why every new generation born in these lands repeats the same war torn cycles, we need to heal this land before the cycle can be broken.

What the IDF doesn't realise is that even if they remove every Palestinian from Gaza and put their own people on that land this will not ever be a peaceful land until that stored co-created energy has been harmonised, only then will any peace stand a chance for future generations.

The cycle of the 'bullied race becoming the new race of bullies' is in full flow within the Middle East, when will enough enlightened people on this planet put aside their own agendas, and join in a commonality of purpose, to correct imbalances so that our childrens children can securely live in HARMONY????

Behind every war that there ever has been the driving factor has been GREED. I for one believe that nothing that is within the earth itself belongs to any one group of people, but yet again those whose driver is GREED, are subjecting other less able societies on this planet to their will, seeking wahat are becoming 'RARER' Earth Minerals from other countries who possibly do not know what is in the ground beneath their feet
