A long post
But what an amazing night this will be π€π€π¦ββ¬π₯
THE BIG RELEASE (it's a long post )
A Ceremonial Night for Women
There are things you have been carrying that were never yours to keep.
Old stories. Other people's opinions of you. The version of yourself you shrunk into because it felt easier. The grief you never fully released. The anger you were told was not ladylike. The dreams you quietly set aside. The parts of you buried beneath years of being everything to everyone else.
Tonight, you do not simply put them down.
Tonight, you burn them.
The Morrigan does not ask you to be palatable.
She does not ask you to be quiet, graceful, or convenient.
She asks only one thing: that you stop pretending to be less than you are.
The Morrigan is the ancient Celtic goddess of sovereignty, transformation, and raw feminine power. She stands at the crossroads between who you were and who you are becoming. She does not soften the journey, but she walks every step of it with you.
She is the great revealer, stripping away what is false, what is finished, and what no longer belongs to you.
She has been waiting for you to call on her.
Tonight, we do exactly that.
What the Night Holds
We gather as women in circle, with intention.
Through shamanic drumming, we move the energy that has been sitting stagnant in the body, the things that talking alone cannot reach. The drum is one of the oldest healing tools on Earth. Its heartbeat rhythm draws you beyond the thinking mind and back into the body, where true release can begin.
Stagnant energy starts to shift.
The nervous system begins to settle.
What has been locked inside finally starts to move.
Through journaling, we name what we are ready to release. We bring it out of the shadows and onto the page.
The hurt.
The resentment.
The fear.
The story you have told yourself for too long.
The name you cannot stop hearing.
The weight you are done carrying.
You write it all down.
And then...
You burn it.
You may choose to speak it aloud first. To name it before the fire. To let your voice carry the full force of your release.
Or you may fold the paper in silence and allow the flames to take it without a word.
Both are powerful.
Both are yours to choose.
Watch the smoke carry it away.
Watch the paper become ash.
Watch yourself become lighter.
Fire is the oldest transformer. It does not store what it receives. It does not hold grudges or keep records. It simply takes what is given and turns it into something new.
Into heat.
Into light.
Into freedom.
That is what tonight is.
Through ritual and ceremony, we call on the Morrigan to witness our reclaiming. Not to do the work for us, but to stand beside us as we do it.
As women who are done playing small.
Done carrying what is not ours.
Done waiting for permission to take up space.
You will leave this night lighter.
You will leave this night more yourself.
This Night Is for You If:
β’ You have been feeling stuck, heavy, or like something needs to shift and you are not sure how
β’ You are carrying pain, anger, grief, or exhaustion that has had nowhere to go
β’ You are standing at a crossroads and are ready to step forward
β’ You have been quietly shrinking and you are done
β’ You feel the call of the Morrigan, or simply the call of your own untamed self
What to Bring
β’ Yourself. That is enough.
β’ Comfortable clothing
β’ A journal, if you have one. Paper will also be provided.
β’ Whatever it is you are finally ready to let go of
No prior experience with ceremony, shamanic work, or the Morrigan is needed.
You do not need to be spiritual.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
You simply need to be willing.
The circle will hold you.
The drum will move you.
The fire will free you.
The Morrigan will witness you.
You have been strong for long enough.
Tonight, you get to be free.π₯π¦ββ¬
