But it's not that even hot outside... ☀️
This is one of the biggest misconceptions about SPF.
Today's temperature is currently only 12°C, yet the UV Index is forecast to reach 6 by lunchtime. That means unprotected skin can start to suffer UV damage surprisingly quickly.

🌤️ UV rays and heat are not the same thing. You can burn, age your skin, and get sun damage even on cool, cloudy, or windy days.
