Mine was spent looking after our elders out in the community. 🙏

As I opened my phone this morning in memories this picture came up that I drew 5 years ago. It's such a simple drawing but, when I look at it, I find it quite powerful. ⚡️

Grand rising you beautiful beings of light ✨️

Hope you've had a blissful night's sleep 😴

Mine is up and down just lately. Tossing and turning, having very vivid dreams but not being able to remember them on awakening. Feeling like I'm in a vortex.🌪

This morning I decided before anything to go outside and connect with my favourite tree in my garden. She had a real cut back earlier in the year and I was so upset as I didn't think she would come back. But, she's blooming again. 🌳

I placed my palms upon her and stood barefoot for a good 10 minutes. The fizz and tingles I felt were amazing, I felt the connction instantly ⚡️ for the first time ever (usually it takes a few minutes to soften into it). My intention was to release anything that was stuck and stagnant within me. I literally felt a pressure in my solar plexus and it lasted a few minutes and then felt the energy moving under my ribs, like there was literally something inside me, to my right towards my liver where it settled. Then moved down the right side of my body and around to the base of my back, back up to my solar plexus and then under my ribs on my left side. Then it moved up my oesophagus to my throat and then dispersed like little flutters. 💫🦋

I must say I've never witnessed anything like this before. I've felt the energies from my tree but not like this. It was quite something and something I'm going to continue, to see where it takes me. I know nature and it's power but to actually feel it on this level is mind blowing 🤯

Be like a tree peeps...🌳🌲🌴
