Have you ever noticed how rare it is these days to do absolutely nothing? 🤦‍♀️

We're constantly rushing from one thing to the next, ticking things off, looking at screens, thinking about what comes next 🤔

Spirit Sauna rituals are an invitation to do the opposite. 🤗

I create small group sauna experiences that combine the warmth of a traditional wood-fired sauna with mindful pauses, beautiful aromas, and a time to simply be. 🔥🧘‍♀️

There's no pressure to perform, achieve or fix anything.

Just heat, breath, nature, and a chance to reconnect with yourself. 🔥🌳

Whether we're gathered in a woodland setting, around a campfire, or sharing a sauna ritual beneath the trees 🌳 my hope is that people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded than when they arrived.

This Sunday we’re joining forces with Spirit Sauna to bring you a unique woodland wellbeing experience here on the Isle of Wight 🌲🔥

Together, we’ve created a space where you can slow down, switch off and spend a few hours reconnecting with yourself through nature, heat, cold and rest.

Move between the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, campfire and your own hammock beneath the trees at your own pace. Listen to the birds, breathe deeply and allow your nervous system the chance to unwind.

Next Sunday 14th June a magical happening will take place at Forever Wild at Heart. Gift yourself 3 hours of deep rest and relaxation. A mini retreat. An invigorating, restorative experience. I have just finished designing this beautiful aufguss ritual for Hammock time: Sauna in the Woods.
Forever Wild at Heart, Sunday 14th June at 2pm.

I will be using the essential oils, cedarwood, frankincense, sandalwood, sweet orange, rose quartz, ylang ylang, geranium, jasmine, patchouli and cadets take you on a magical journey.

A journey we will take in togetherness to open to the love within us and take it out into the world 🌎 ✨️ ♥️

Join Forever Wild at Heart for Hammock Time, and Spirit Sauna for Sauna in the Woods. 🌿🔥

You will experience rest and relaxation floating in a hammock beneath the trees, and an aufguss ritual with spirit sauna. There will be further time to enjoy the sauna 🔥 once the ritual has ended and you can even take a cold plunge. 💧

Aufguss uses essential oils on ice balls. These are placed on the hot stones and release wonderful aromas. The heat and steam are moved around the sauna by the sauna master using towel waving and fan techniques. This is all set to music and the whole ritual is carefully designed to take you on a deeply relaxing, restorative journey.
