A small re-introduction of me and my services 💫

It is so hard to keep advocating for your work, and I find myself being quite lack lustre in this department. This post is for those of you who are new here, who may be wondering what I do when I’m not traipsing through squishy landscapes in search of water or hunting down a new-to-me medieval wall painting.

So in the spirit of getting the word out there… My name is Hayley-Mae, I’m a spiritual healer and psychic. I’ve been working in this capacity (publicly, at least) for 3 years now.

I’m probably most known for my 1:1 healing spaces in which I channel energy for the purpose of releasing tension, regulating emotional fatigue and pulling together alignment in the physical body.

There is, as is usual with this work, always more to explore. I am a psychic reader, including auric field readings and Egyptian cartouche tarot. Looking into the soul for deepest reflections and gentle guidance is constantly awe inspiring for me. I find this modality is the one subject to the most change, ever evolving into a wider landscape of visions and intuition passed on.

The clearing of space is a vital spiritual hygiene.

When we work, live and breathe; each beating breath of air and spirit fills the room, the atmosphere, the fabric of a home. It builds a residual memory of what came before, the bad Monday you had in the office, the thrifted entity entwined with the vase you brought home last week, the people who came before that grapple in the living sphere while their soul remains in transition.

Buildings and land hold deep memory and sometimes full human dis-embodiment, just like the soft tissue of our minds and living bodies. The physical spaces we inhabit are something I treat in much the same healing appreciation, as an organism and not simply a structural space for which to lay our heads.

Spirit has always called me to buildings, beckoned me to look beyond modern externals, the fitted staff kitchens and newly installed French doors. It asks that I peel back a layer and see a space for what it was, is and will come to be.

Some of you may remember when back in Canterbury, I made a small living from the psychic mapping of ancient buildings. I visited spaces with compassion, openness and an aim to move energy, spirit and soul ever forward. It has always remained a calling, to set spirit on their proper path and align the ley-line of the land.

If you find yourself with an apparitional spectre, a vibration that sticks, or a feeling that won’t shift.. let’s explore it, and set it free. Curiosity breaks moulds for the living and those in limbo.

Over easy goes the windswept hawthorn and a growing collection of mid-century furniture.

This silence has persisted a while, much like last year I start up slowly.

I meet a present tense that makes sense for me, one I have wished upon for what feels to be an age.

Actualising my long awaited dream, I have moved an energetic world away. I’m finally in Rye.

An ever-mover, Hastings was never forever. It was a return, a step back from the outer-work so I could gaze into my own inky depths, strengthen my seafaring bond and ask myself where I want this practice to go. Feeling some the wiser, I landed amongst the marshes.

There is a steady undercurrent in the swathes of salty land. A home to engage in sweet coffee and cream, occasionally a hoppy tincture accompanies my psychic mapping of the town.

My books (and doors) will be opening again in the coming weeks for all of your mystic/healing needs. I will be re-opening a space for people in person, for which I am very excited and hugely overdue…

A guiding hand is sometimes necessary, to show us what is missing, what is on its way and what is right in front of us.

2016 is ten years ago, and all of the reminiscence has plunged pooled me into my past.

The years of lacking care and freedom abound. I look back on these earlier times knowing I will never have freedom like it again, and for that I am glad.

Responsibility can feel too high a mark to meet, it did for me in those hurried years. I did not want responsibility (for my actions, my trajectory, myself) I wanted freedom. I thirsted for freedom from a state of living I could not understand. To me, disembodiment never felt so good.

It took a lot to reel myself back in, to reconnect with those lost parts and fill in the gaps. It’s said it’s never too late to bring yourself back, I also think it is never too early. I got sober at 20 for a year. I got back into (some) old vices at 21. I brought myself back to equilibrium by 22, attempted to repair my relationship with the world as much as I could. Put things to rites for the thousandth time.

Without all of the back and forth, the hardship that teaches so much, the love gained and lost and gained again, none of us would be evolving beyond our hedonistic pasts. I like to look back sometimes, but only to gawp at how different things are now.

Despite the “new year” not yet being in the full scope of newness, a vibration change happens as the clock strikes midnight on December 31st.

It’s hard to ignore the fact that time is rumbling on, as it always does. The shift forces us to see to our innermost workings, reflect and align.

While this “new year” is something I feel should be a low pressure space, shying away from capitalist shoves toward a new you, some exciting things are bubbling over for me and my small practice which I would like to gently introduce to you all over the course of time.

Come the end of January, I will be cultivating a new healing modality to offer you all (more on this once it has all come to land). There will be new ways to visit/work with me, hold in energy/psychic work and move through the vibrations that come our way as we head towards Beltane.

(And yes, this does mean inviting a physical, 1:1 or small group space to open from time to time again!)

A series of large and small components have been and still are moving toward a renewed spirit in my field of work.

After an arduous and sometimes rewarding 2025, there is now a place for me to extend my presence outward once more. I hope to see some of you joining me in all of the newness as and when it comes to fruition throughout this next calendar year.

The mystery and certainty of it all leaves me in a state of sickly-excitement. 💧

Wishing that you all come to loving conclusions in this midwinter winter sphere. Don’t push too hard, don’t relent too much, listen to your body above all things.
