We launched this beauty back in September but who has the real thing to show off after yesterday's race? Or perhaps you were at the Hove Prom 10km and acquired a medal there?

Two firm favourites are on the calendar for this weekend!

We're over in Hove, Actually on Sunday with our friends at Arena 80 AC for the sold-out Hove Prom 10km. Meanwhile, just across the border in Kent, we're back at beautiful Bedgebury for the Bedgebury Forest Half Marathon & 10km.

Spoilt for choice - where will we see you?

Surely this is a quote that we can all relate to?

An epic weekend awaits!

We're so looking forward to welcoming over 2,500 runners, together with our friends at Havens Hospices for the 2026 Chelmsford Marathon & Half Marathon on Sunday. This huge fundraiser brings together runners of all kinds, aiming to take on the 26.2 or 13.1 mile course with a HUGE welcome awaiting all at the finish line!

Meanwhile, for 10km lovers, we're back with the team at Oxted Runners for the Titsey Trail 10k which is another sell out!

Loads to look forward to - where will we see you?

Whilst we are now looking towards the end of another year, there is still plenty of running to be enjoyed and races to do.

This might mean running in bad weather, rearranging plans and having to check certain routes are passable. And of course, to reach new goals, you have to do new things and this can add to the distraction.

If things get hard on your training runs, it's because you are reaching for those new goals.

Just focus on the goal and you'll get there, one step at a time.

Want an office with a view? 🌅

Seafront promenades, city centres, woodland trails. Thousands of runners crossing the line, and you’re the one making sure every second counts.

We’re hiring a Race Timer to join the Nice Work race team ⏱️

No timing experience needed. We’re after someone who:
✅ Has a sharp eye for detail
✅ Is tech-savvy and logical
✅ Stays calm when things get busy
✅ Has a full UK driving licence and is free at weekends

Early starts and a bit of British weather come with the job, but so does the best race day buzz going.

Send your CV and a short cover letter to [email protected] with “Race Timer” as the subject. Full job description at the link in bio 🔗

We are just catching our collective breaths after a fantastic Sunday of running in Essex and Kent!

How about that view of the St Helena Hospice half marathon start, so beautifully captured by LW PHOTOGRAPHY - and there was a 10km race that followed that! Two distances to choose from also over at Sittingbourne where we joined up with Sittingbourne Striders running and triathlon club for their 10m and 10km event too.

Exhausting just to read all that? Settle down with a cuppa and show off your medal from this weekend if you joined us!

A chance to add some miles this weekend as across two events we have a half marathon, ten miler and 10kms to cover.

We're back in Harwich on Sunday with our friends at St Helena Hospice whom we started working with last year for the return of the half marathon. We had so much fun that we're back this year with a 10km race added in too!

Meanwhile, we're thrilled to be working with Sittingbourne Striders running and triathlon club for their sellout 10m & 10km race on the same day.

Running races in the heart of the community - we can't wait. Will we see you there?

Calling our Essex fam!

Our good friends at Havens Hospices are on the look out for some helpful volunteers who can donate some of their time and help out at the forthcoming Chelmsford Marathon and Half Marathon on October 11th.

All roles are straightforward and you'll be adding some magic to a special day which will be appreciated by all runners as they chase down the miles.

And because friends look out for each other, as a thank you for your help to them, we'll credit each of you who steps forward with a £35.00 Nice Work race credit (or merch credit if you have your eye on one of our hoodies or t-shirts!)

⏱️ You donate your time
🦺 Cheer, support, direct our runners
😁 Runners are happy
💷 We add £35.00 to your Nice Work account
🌟 You get a warm glow knowing your time has made a difference!

In helping the runners, you are helping Havens Hospices and Little Havens raise vital funds that help support and maintain the crucial work they do all year round: surely that's worth a couple of hours of time?

If so, we'd love to hear from you. Drop us an email at [email protected] and let us know what time you can spare.

Thank you 🙏
