Good morning everybody, so over the last 6 years I have been working so hard and I’m so proud of how my business has gone from strength to strength 🥰 and that’s thanks to you guys.

But I could really could do with some timeout and rest. So an opportunity has come and I’ve decided that the time is right for me to go on a little solo adventure 🙌. So I will be taking some time out and go travel.

I have contacted all clients that this affects and thank you for understanding and moving your appointments. It does mean that I am extremely busy at the moment and up to the time I go.

Over the next few days I will be opening up some more spaces to make sure everyone who needs an appointment before I break up gets the chance to get in.

Good afternoon,

I’ve had to wait patiently 😂 but the last part of the entrance has now been completed. A massive thank you to James the owner of JN Landscaping, for carrying out the work for me 😊.

So as of Monday I will now become fully accessible for wheelchair users and anyone with mobility difficulties ☺️, I’ve wanted this for such a long time.

I don’t say this often but I love working from here, it a lovely vibe and just feels like home. I will not be moving from here for the foreseeable future 😉🤫🤫🤣🤣🤣.

Good evening,

Hope you enjoyed the bank holiday weekend, I started back at the gym yesterday after some time off. Did a legs day and then not thinking about it probably, then went and done a legs, bum, tum class this morning. I’m currently walking like John Wayne 😂😂😂 so note to myself and everybody out there, don’t do legs one day after the other 🫣🤣

What did everybody else get up to ? If you don’t mind you can share it below, it would be nice to hear about it. Did anyone do anything crazy 😜 lol.

I will be back in clinic tomorrow nice and early 😬😂, I shall answer all messages and ring back all those that have called tomorrow. Thank you and enjoy your evening.
