🪻Aromatherapy Awareness Week🪻
Aromatherapy is the use of plant derived essential oils for therapeutic purposes. Essential oils can be used in massage, diffusers and baths.
Here are some of my current fave essential oils and just a few of the possible benefits 🥰
🌸 Clary Sage - earthy, relaxing, effective for balancing hormones. Excellent for easing symptoms of menstruation, peri-menopause and menopause.
☘️Black Pepper - spicy, warming, soothing for muscular aches and pains. Revitalising and energising, effective for mental fatigue.
🪻Patchouli - earthy, grounding, anti-inflammatory properties. Can help ease symptoms of anxiety and emotional distress.
An aromatherapy massage is soothing, nurturing and gentle. Using slow and intentional techniques to allow the oils to be fully absorbed for the optimal benefits.
