Yoga on Thursdays at 10am is a weekly 1-hour drop-in class, ideal for beginners and those wanting a slow paced movement yoga class. The sessions combine movement, breathing and relaxation techniques to help build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, release tension, calm the nervous system and support overall health and wellbeing for the body and mind.
Chair Yoga takes place every Thursday at 11:30am and is perfect for those who prefer not to get up and down from the floor. This full-body session focuses on gentle effective movements to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, balance, sleep quality, and the ability to breathe and relax more effectively. No previous experience is required.
