Due to continual growth, we are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our WeCare branch in Saffron
Walden.
This is an exciting opportunity that welcomes the right candidate who is focused on:
·Growing and developing the business.
·Holds the relevant qualification necessary for the Managers position (or working towards).
·Must have experience within the Domiciliary Care Sector.
·Skills to mentor, support and train the team.
·Must be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
·Have experience in managing and team.
·Ability to analyse practice and compliance.
·Must hold a current British driving licence and access to own vehicle.
·A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management.
·Self-motivated, organised, flexible, and caring.
·Excellent administration and good IT skills.
·Excellent communication skills.
·The ability to build relationships within the local community and stake holders.
