I believe I was born to help people, especially those living with invisible illnesses, disabilities and mental health challenges. 💛

My own health journey inspired Journey With Jason and its purpose: reminding people they’re not alone and helping them recognise their own strength.

This Thursday, 3rd September, I’ll be joining Lisa King on Dream Catcher Radio from 6–8pm for a special show celebrating empowerment.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my story and the Journey With Jason message. 💜

Stronger together.

💜 Be kind. Always.

Living with chronic illness has taught me that you truly never know what someone else is carrying.

Pain, anxiety, grief, health worries, loneliness. So many battles happen quietly behind smiles and “I’m fine”.

A little patience, compassion or kindness might seem like nothing to you, but to someone having a difficult day, it could mean everything.

We’re all carrying something. Let’s make the journey a little lighter for each other. 🤍

Stronger together. 💜

💜 Something to be happy about this week!

For the first time since my colonoscopy and recent health issues, I’m back on the walking machine. 🙌

It might seem like a small thing, but after everything my body has been through recently, this feels like a big win.

I’m taking things slowly, listening to my body and appreciating every little bit of progress. One step at a time, quite literally! 💜

Stronger together.

💛 There is always something to be grateful for.

Living with chronic illness means there are plenty of difficult days, and gratitude doesn’t magically make the pain, worry or challenges disappear.

But it does help me remember everything I still have - the little everyday joys, the people who love me, this incredible community, my body for continuing to carry me, and simply the opportunity to wake up and keep moving forward.

Some days I have to look a little harder for the positives, but they are always there. 🌿

Today, I’m choosing gratitude.

Anxiety has held me back from so much over the years. There have been times when leaving the house, meeting new people or putting myself out there has felt incredibly daunting.

Even starting Journey With Jason took courage. But taking that step brought me this incredible community, new friendships and a purpose I’m so grateful for.

Being brave doesn’t mean you’re not scared. Sometimes it simply means doing something while you’re scared.

So when anxiety tells me “I can’t”, I try to remember everything that happened because I once decided that maybe I could. 💜

Stronger together.
