🌟 Break Free From Your “Buts” 🌟
How many times have you caught yourself saying…
💭 “I’d love to lose weight, BUT…”
💭 “I’d stay on plan, BUT…”
💭 “I’d come to group, BUT…”
💭 “I’d exercise more, BUT…”
That little word “but” can be one of the biggest barriers standing between where we are now and where we want to be.
