💎Part-Time Assistant – Crystal Showroom & Online Store The Crystal Healer, St Albans💎
We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our passionate small team at The Crystal Healer showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a unique, specialist business with real potential for the right person.
Responsibilities:
💎E-Commerce & Digital
- Updating and managing product listings on our websites (E-pages, WordPress preferred, but training given), ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing
- Efficient and effective product photography using smartphone
- Writing clear, engaging product descriptions and captions tailored to our audience
- Conducting regular audits of online listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
💎Social Media
- Contributing to the team's social media presence, creating and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.) including posts, stories, and interactive features
- Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries and comments professionally
💎Stockroom & Stock
- Receiving, checking, and handling deliveries
- Manual handling of stock (regular lifting up to 25kg, please note our showroom is on the 1st floor with no lift access)
- Stock management, organisation
💎In-Store Customer Service
- Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom
- Engaging with customers with a friendly approach, in a way that reflects Philip's knowledge and philosophy around crystals and the power of crystal energy
- Supporting the team across showroom operations as needed
💎Working Hours:
- Part-time, days and hours by arrangement
- Some evenings and weekends required
- Flexibility is essential
💎What We're Looking For:
- Genuine interest in crystals, wellbeing, or complementary therapies
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing (an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with regular physical and manual work
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a self-starter mindset
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A positive can-do attitude
