Tomorrow’s menopause conversation is titled:

Understanding Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

There is still a great deal of misunderstanding and misinformation surrounding HRT. Yet for many women, it can make the difference between thriving and simply getting by.

Of course, not every woman going through menopause needs or wants to take HRT. However, all women deserve clear, accurate information to make informed choices—especially as HRT is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Join me tomorrow evening for an informative and interactive webinar.

I’m generally a positive and optimistic person—someone who tends to see the glass as half full.

But when I read the headline yesterday, I’ll admit my reaction was very different. My first thought was: *here we go again*—more headlines, more promises, more commentary… but where is the action?

We’ve heard this before. And the reality is, women are tired of hearing the same messages without meaningful change.

I remember how excited I was when I qualified as a BMS-accredited menopause specialist. I was eager to contribute, to support, to make a difference. I spent weeks reaching out to local NHS services, offering my expertise—only to be met, time and again, with closed doors.

That experience has stayed with me.

I truly hope this time is different. That we move beyond discussion and into tangible, lasting action—because it’s long overdue.

Another great day of training with .

It was heartwarming to hear participants; young, middle aged, women and men all sharing their experiences of the menopause. As I usually say is these teaching sessions, the menopause affects 100% of the populations.

It was also most rewarding to see participants shift from between 1-3 to between 3-5 (1 being none to little and 5 being high) in terms of their understanding of what the menopause is and their confidence in how they felt they could support colleagues struggling with symptoms.
