Feeling dizzy every time you stand up? It’s not always “just low blood pressure.”

POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) has gained a lot of attention on social media recently - and for good reason. Increased awareness has helped many people recognise undiagnosed symptoms they may have been living with for years.

Common symptoms can include:
