🍂 Looking for a new class to enjoy with your baby as the days get colder?

Our next Sing & Stretch: Baby Yoga course at Trestle Arts Base, starts on 10th November, with just a couple of spaces left.

Each week we enjoy:
🤍 Gentle stretches & movement to support little tummies and development
🎶 Singing, tummy time, swings & giggles
☕ Tea, biscuits & a chance to chat with other local mums

It’s a lovely way to spend some time with your little one, get out of the house and meet other mums along the way.

No pressure, no rush. Just come as you are 🍁

It truly means so much to me when mums take the time to share a review. Knowing that you and your little one have enjoyed coming along to class is incredibly special, and I feel so lucky to have been part of those precious early months, even in a small way. 💕

She will be joining us to share her expert tips on all things baby sleep - from effective bedtime routines to navigating those long nights.

For all the lovely mums due this October - not long to go now! 🍁

Ans it’s never too early to book your spot on a baby massage course. Our courses are suitable from birth and the perfect first class to enjoy together in those early days.

I know how unpredictable life with a newborn can be, so if your plans change (as they often do!), I’ll happily move things around for you.

It was so lovely to be back at St Paul’s Church this morning with my Sing & Stretch mums and babies 💕

It’s always so nice to welcome back my baby massage graduates as well as say hello to new families too.

We had such a lovely group this morning and I’m really looking forward to the rest of our autumn sessions together 🥰
