Just reminiscing!! 🥲💕

With new courses starting back at Trestle Arts Base tomorrow, I couldn’t resist looking back at some of the gorgeous moments from last term.

I’m so looking forward to meeting all our new families, welcoming back some of my lovely massage mums for baby yoga, and creating lots more sweet moments together this term.

Throughout our Nurture Me (Complete) course we also learn some baby reflexology treatments - a gorgeous way to help soothe, comfort, and support your little one’s wellbeing 💕

A few gentle touches can be a lovely way to help settle them when they’re unsettled, ease little tummies, support them through teething and, most importantly, give you some calm time together.
