A different sort of RECHARGE! "Veryan players" above, mid finale in the show Stepping Out, a show about a small tap group in a community hall learning to tap.

As i drew on my tap dancing skills from dancing throughout my childhood and teens, (i did complete my tap syllabus and grades back then but that was along time ago!...)

This fantastic group learnt to tap, following choreography from the show and a finale choreographed by me. And yes all in a village hall, so it was almost a mirror image of the actual story!

From the back of this, I'm offering two taster tap sessions to see if there's interest in a little fun tap group in the new year!

Having a crash pad demoed by Adam safeguards the just in case of a face plant.

Modifications are always on offer, high squats still work the hips, quads and glutes and many peoples hips just don't work into a lower squat! ...

Any squats have a grounding effect, the connection with moolodara chakra, and the earth for stability in your world: family, financial, material.

A beautiful cosy restorative yoga workshop last night, in St Just Institute.

Thank you to all who were able to attend. 🙏💜

We used 2 lovely Recharge aromatherapy blends to have an immediate relaxing and calming effect and reflexology to get all the energy flowing to promote wellness and bring balance. Restorative supported yoga postures, so good especially at this time of year where we start slowing down and resting.

Heart feels full realising that us humans need time to rest and Restore and create a little space in our lives. And a Friday night in a cosy hall and lovely group hopefully achieved just that.

Thanks to all who offered and brought bolsters to borrow.

The next restorative workshop is Restore by candlelight, Sunday 10th Dec, 3.30pm-6pm 🕯 🕯️ 🕯️

Lovely to spend the day at Sue's "yoga space" turned treatment room for the open house yesterday.
Thank you to everyone who made it down to see us.

💆🏽Therapies we offered included Bodytalk, Gentle muscle release, Indian head massage, reflexology and massage. 💆🏽

We raised money for the Food bank, Alzheimers and Penny Brohn UK, helping people living well with cancer.💜

I have bought some lovely home made Christmas cards and a home made Rudolph for the tree.

These sessions might be a nice idea for a couples treatment for anyone who fancies a treatment with a friend/ loved one.

A little thought in advance for Christmas present ideas! 🤶
