Good morning everyone, it's going to be another boiling hot day so here are a few tips to help you stay cool.

Stay hydrated, drink lots of water
Wear loose fitting clothing in lightweigt fabrics
Stay indoors or in the shade wherever possible
North facing rooms are cooler
Wear hats and sunscreen
Only open doors, windows and curtains during early morning and late evening when its cooler, keep them closed when its hotter.

Finally, be aware of the symptoms of heatstroke and what to do if you think you have it
