🗓 Monday to Friday
📍 St Helens Technology Park/ Hybrid working/ Fully Remote working
💵 £52,000 per annum or £35/hour (self employed)

✈️ 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

You’ll be part of a large and expanding team of pharmacy professionals helping to utilise the skills of pharmacy professionals in primary care.

Primary Care Support is a clinical service provider that works across the country supporting practice and PCNs with a wide range of medicines management services. Our team consists of experienced Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Prescription Clerks and Clinical Coders who have many years of experience in all aspects of primary care.

Below are examples of some of the workstreams we support:

* Document management (hospital discharges/ medicine reconciliations/ clinic letters)
* Full prescription management service including all queries and signing
* Call handling / Total Triage
* High risk patient monitoring / Shared care prescribing
* Repeat Dispensing (RD) initiation and monitoring to help reduce GP workload
* Prescribing incentive schemes
* All types of medications reviews including LTC and SMRs
* IIF workstreams
* PCN QI indicators / DES workstreams
* MHRA safety work
* Prescribing audits
