☀️ SUMMER SOLSTICE AT THE DREAM ☀️

Join us at 6am on 19th June for 108 Sun Salutations as we welcome the longest day of the year (21st June.)

This is a free community event and everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been practising yoga for years or you’re giving it a go for the first time.

108 is a special number in yoga, symbolising connection, reflection and new beginnings. It’s a beautiful way to mark the Summer Solstice.

And don’t worry, you don’t have to complete all 108. Take breaks, join in when you can, leave when you need to and move in a way that feels good for you.

A monthly evening reset combining everything you love about Yogaroma and Yin & Tonic.

This 90-minute session is designed to help you slow down, switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. We’ll start with gentle movement to release tension from the body before easing into nourishing Yin, meditation, Reiki and sound healing.

Each month will be inspired by the seasons, moon phases and the energy of the moment, with a touch of magic woven throughout.

I was so sad to goodbye to my Everlast class today :(
It’s been a bit of a shock to us all with recent changes but I’m sure it will be fabulous either way!

I hope to see you all soon and it’s such a shame that my last class was the bank holiday so I didn’t get to say goodbye to a lot of you.
