We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… but not on the operational front!! 🥵 we’ve had one of our busiest summers to date!! ☀️ 🚑

We are now super proud to announce a NEW 3 year contract with Blackburn Rovers providing their ground medical cover!

Blackburn will join our ever expanding portfolio of stadia support 🏟️ including Wrexham AFC, Wrexham Women’s, Bolton Wanderers, Emirates Old Trafford, Rochdale AFC in addition to the support we provide at Preston Grasshoppers and Blackpool AFC to name a few more!

All thanks to our amazing team of medics 💚🙇‍♂️

🚨 We have signed the lease. Now we need your help.

Our new base is a shell, and we are starting from scratch.

We need to turn it into a functional home for our charity, including space for training, equipment, meetings, vehicle support, and a place where our volunteers can rest and reset.

Today, we are mourning the loss of a much-loved, respected and valued member of the NWMS team.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family, loved ones, friends and everyone whose lives he touched.

He will be remembered for his professionalism, compassion and dedication, but also for the friendships he built and the positive impact he had on those around him. His loss will be deeply felt across NWMS.

At times like these, we are reminded that healthcare is about so much more than the work we do – it’s about the people who stand beside us every day.

Rest in peace. You will be greatly missed.
