I’m not anti-discipline

If you’re lazy and doing the bare minimum - you need discipline. Lots of it.

Discipline is great…it’s a necessary ingredient in the recipe for success.

It’s like a muscle you build over time and reps…but if it’s all you use, you’ll end up with an overuse injury.

Too much force, not enough flow.

Be disciplined enough to know when you’re overdosing on it.
