Weekly Pass: £55 gives you 5 hours of sauna and cold plunge use. Perfect if you’re on holiday. Click on memberships on our website.

Private Hire: £80 for an hour for you and up to 6 friends to embrace all the benefits of hot and cold therapy.

Communal Session: £9 for 30 minutes £16 for 60 minutes
