Join Lior for an enriching evening as we open up the space for a talk by RINKEL.

RINKEL is a community which connects women seeking wisdom, with wise women over 50.

RINKEL exists to make sought-after introductions to older wise women globally, giving them a platform to share their lived wisdom and life stories. 

This talk, with Dorin (Naturopath and Moon Worshipper), Jo (Jewellery Designer & Cloud Watcher), and Clarissa (Artist and Nomad) will be around BOUNDARIES.

How to embody them, how they show up in our life and how to sit in the (sometimes) afterburn of setting one. All through the lens of their own life stories.

Welcoming Summer ☀️

As the days get longer, we’re extending our opening hours to make it easier to fit wellbeing into your schedule.

Life in a beach town tends to shift with the seasons, and summer often brings a change of pace and routine.

Having simple, familiar wellness practices to return to can make all the difference.

With that in mind, we’ve introduced massage, sauna, and class memberships, designed to help you stay connected to the practices that support you. Each membership also includes complementary benefits across our other offerings, giving you more flexibility throughout the season.

While some people like to book as they go, others prefer the ease of having wellbeing built into their routine.

You can email us to request a fixed weekly or monthly appointment, and we’ll allocate a dedicated slot exclusively for you. Whether that be sauna, massage and/or classes.

Lior is a small neighbourhood boutique studio, meaning that we work personally with each of our clients. Come get your fix 🙏

Friday night 6pm is now Yoga Flow

Eden is taking us through the summer months with a dynamic Yoga Flow class. Moments of challenge, movements of calm. You will leave feeling refreshed, reset, back in your body and clearer in the mind.

Eden is also our children’s Yoga teacher, and cover teacher throughout Lior’s Vinyasa and Yoga Flow classes. Eden has a wealth of experience having worked in some of the top studios across Hong Kong.

Due to many requests, she now has this regular time slot for our adult students too:

“To let you know Edens Saturday Vinyasa yoga class was really good. Her instruction was excellent and she helped everyone correct their positions which I find really helpful. Please would you let me know if she starts teaching regular classes.”
