An ingrown toenail can cause a lot of pain.

In this case, we performed a very gentle pedicure, focusing on safe cleaning, reducing discomfort and improving the condition of the skin without overworking it.
Home care is just as important as the appointment:
keep the feet clean and dry,
change socks daily,
dry carefully between the toes,
use the recommended antifungal products,
avoid walking barefoot in shared areas,
and disinfect shoes regularly.

What do we have here?
A gardenerā€™s job requires tools, experienceā€¦ and sometimes a little sacrifice too.
Look what kind of thorn we found.
And the most interesting part?
It didnā€™t hurt at all.
Thatā€™s exactly why regular foot checks are so important ā€” sometimes something can be stuck in the skin and the patient doesnā€™t even feel it.
A tiny thorn can become a big problem if it stays there for too long.

What do you think about removing a nail spike from an ingrown toenail?
In cases like this, the most important thing is to clean the area properly, find the source of pain and safely remove what is irritating the skin.
Sometimes a tiny nail spike can cause a really big problem.
And gel?
Do you think gel is a good idea in this situation?
Not always.
If the nail is painful, ingrown, irritated or there is inflammation around the nail fold, covering it with gel may make things worse. First, we need to solve the problem, calm the tissue down and only then think about aesthetics.
Nail health should always come before a temporary pretty look.
PS. The new nippers are amazing ā€” precision really makes a difference.
