Due to an increased demand of Female Service User admissions we are currently looking to recruit female only teams.

TRU-Rehab is a specialist Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) rehabilitation facility based in Merseyside, North West UK, which operates within residential units and community outreach to provide a full pathway of active rehabilitation, pre- community re-entry, supported living and sheltered vocational placements.
Due to an increase in demand and further development of specialist person centred service provision, vacancies have become available for Rehabilitation Support Workers both full and part time.
This is a very specialised area of service provision and full training and development programmes are provided in house.

A VACANCY HAS ARISEN WITHIN THE COMPANY FOR THE POST OF

Maintenance Person

To work within our exiting Maintenance Team

Applicants will preferably have

Experience in general building or handyman
Driving licence needed
Basic plumbing, joinery, decorating and electrical skills
Ability to carry out repairs and routine maintenance
Safe use of hand and power tools
Good understanding of Health & Safety
Ability to identify and report hazards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable
Patient and respectful approach when working around Service Users and Staff
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Understanding of safeguarding procedures
Relevant maintenance qualification or experience is advantageous
DBS and References will be sought as the involves working in a care/rehabilitation environment including direct contact with vulnerable adults.
Full bespoke company training will be completed in house.

Salary - Negotiable Dependent on Experience and Qualifications
Hours – Full Time/Part Time
We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Clinical Neuropsychologists and/or Clinical Psychologists wishing to develop their speciality in Clinical Neuropsychology (via QiCN) to join our transdisciplinary teams. Established in 1992, TRU -Rehab provides extensive pathways for residential and community neurorehabilitation including numerous vocational, social and recreational opportunities for our clients with acquired brain injury underpinned by a neuro-psychosocial model. Our teams are dynamic, innovative and committed to achieving optimal outcomes for our clients and their families.
Post holders and will provide a range of services including neuropsychological assessment and formulation, bespoke rehabilitation plans and ongoing evaluations, direct clinical input and staff supervision, support, training and consultation to a team of experienced specialist rehabilitation coaches. The roles involve communication with commissioners and external clinical professionals. Knowledge and experience of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act is essential.
TRU-Rehab has had a long history of supporting the development of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists and are committed to continuing such support through internal/external education and clinically relevant research.

Our Haydock Lodge Unit recently had an unannounced inspection and on receiving the report yesterday we are delighted to announce that they are rated overall OUTSTANDING !!

The Company believe and strive to achieve that our service, service users and all of those involved are outstanding however to achieve this rating is no mean feat.

This achievement is even more impressive and noted as this was achieved by an unannounced inspection, unprepared, unplanned and yet the Team achieved OUTSTANDING

This puts Haydock Lodge at the highest accolade of registration and part of an elite group within the UK where only 3.2% of CQC registered locations have achieved OUTSTANDING status
