Morning dog walk foraging with 3 different amazing energetic preparations!! 👌☀️🙏🙌🌿🌸
-Infusion, remember to keep the temperature around 70-80 degrees as we have a few heat sensitive plants in there like herb robert and plantain ribwort. I prepare one big pot of infusion every morning (varies on what I need and what's available in nature) and let it sit, I drink from it throughout the day
- Sun charged water alter its frequency, structure, and energetic properties, so just imagine adding these plants how much positive vibes you get! It tastes absolutely gorgeous and as mentioned the nettles will release their neurotransmitters in contact with UV (they are destroyed with heat), these ones are the very same as we have: seratonin and dopamine, associated with mood regulation, well-being, and even pain relief.
- Wild food sallad, you just can't beat it, tastes amazing, it's fresh and crazy packed with nutrition.
Always, prepare your plants with good intentions and gratitude. Be respectful and thankful when you forage. They are alive energetic being just like us.
Also, I don't think I need to say this but obviously, if you are not used forager, please only forage if you are 100% sure about the ID of the plants. Have a ID book as a backup as apps are quite often not accurate... Also, only pick what you are intending to use, and never over pick in one specific spot.
You might think it takes me a lot of time but it doesn't, once you get to know your plant friends and where they grow, it doesn't add much extra time at all. I have an very old slow dog to walk so it's incorporated in my daily routine and anyone can find a way to incorporate the forage if you are willing to. I this see it as a time of contemplation and walking meditation.
Going to supermarkets takes time... And No supermarket in the world can provide the quality and happy frequencies of what I just prepared 😉🛒🌿🌿🌿☀️☀️
