โฐ Hours: Saturdays, 9:00 AM โ€“ 1:15 PM

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

๐Ÿ‘‹ Being the first point of contactโ€”welcoming patients warmly in person and over the phone

๐Ÿ“… Managing appointment bookings and general clinic admin

๐Ÿ’ฌ Assisting patients with a positive, helpful approach

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

- Strong spoken and written communication skills

- A genuinely positive, "can-do" attitude and great customer service

- Basic IT proficiency for everyday admin tasks
