As you inhale, imagine drawing in calm, fresh energy from the trees.

As you exhale, release any stress, worry, or tension.

With each breath, feel more grounded, more peaceful, and more connected to nature.

Silently repeat:
“I am calm. I am grounded. I am growing with strength and peace.”
