🎉💚 Tisbury Slimming World is officially ONE year old! 💚🎉

And OMG, what an incredible year it’s been — and what a fantastic amount of weight we’ve lost. Every single member has played a part in making our group the supportive, caring, no‑judgement space it is today.

I’m so proud of every single member… the commitment, the kindness, the courage, and the way they lift each other up week after week.

🍂 We’ve just stepped into a new month where the leaves are getting ready to fall, and the cosy nights are coming back. 🍂

It’s time to plan!! 💪

The next few weeks/months will more than likely see an increase in our social calendars. There’ll be celebrations and so much to think about and navigate and this can sometimes mean members drift away from group and those thinking about joining, don’t step through that door.

But here’s the thing – there’s never going to be a perfect time to lose weight. Life is always going to be happening around us.
You just have to decide that you want it enough to take that step, or for those already there, keep on going.

Make that move, step through or back through that door. It’ll be worth it.

My supportive Tisbury group is at Hinton Hall every Tuesday at 7pm. Pop along and join in the fun. The kettle is always on

What an incredible year it’s been. A whole twelve months of wonderful, committed members, cheering each other on, sharing ideas, celebrating wins and supporting through the wobbles.

Our group has grown into something truly special — a safe, welcoming place where no one is judged, everyone is valued, and every single step forward matters.

I’m so proud of what we’ve built together… and even more excited for everything still to come.

Back‑to‑school season always feels like a fresh start.

Once routines settle again, it suddenly becomes easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make a bit of time for yourself too.

I love keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer, planning the week’s meals and having simple, healthy lunches ready for busy days. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated — it just needs to fit real life 💚
