Socialising with other people who have chronic pain can help to normalise your own experience and enable you to feel less alone. Come and have a chat, share experiences and resources together to help manage your pain.
Enjoy a half hour seated movement practice which may help with your pain and help you to relax.
Donation suggested of £2.50 to help with running costs.
