Just to let you know that the Tincombe Tea Party has been postponed tomorrow (Saturday) and has been rescheduled for Bank Holiday Monday.

Unfortunately, due to work commitments, we now aren’t able to attend this event. We hope that the sun shines and the local Community turns out to support the Friends of Tincombe.

Spent a beautiful day foraging at Sharpham Trust guided by Brigit 🌿

This wonderful experience was gifted to me by dear friends, for which I’m truly grateful 💚

It was a day of learning, connecting, tasting and appreciating the edible plants, flowers and trees so generously gifted by nature.

Two of my favourites were Nettle and Dandelion — plants that are often misunderstood, yet offer so many wonderful benefits, nourishment and natural medicine for the body.

The day really made me reflect on how much wisdom our ancestors carried about the land and the abundance growing all around us. So much natural support exists quietly around us and beneath our feet if we take the time to notice it 🌱

As a Reflexologist, I also noticed the beautiful connection between foraging and Reflexology. Both encourage us to slow down, observe, reconnect and trust the body and nature’s rhythms. Both remind us that wellbeing is holistic and deeply connected to the natural world.

I came away feeling grounded, connected and inspired 💚

Well what a busy couple of weeks for our clients running marathons in Manchester, Newport, London and of course Saltash! Plymouth half marathon this weekend. Best of luck to all who are running.

Special mention to James, who ran the London marathon and then the Saltash half marathon the following weekend.

Great to hear all about Cheryl, who had a tough London marathon sat at the finish line massaging our very own Deep Mag Cream into her cramping and tired legs!
