🌊🛋️ MONDAY RESET & MAN CAVE MONDAY 🛋️🌊

Every week we talk about looking after our mental wellbeing, but sometimes the best thing we can do is simply show up.
Tonight starts with our Monday Reset Dip at Saltcoats Harbour. A chance to clear the mind, challenge yourself, and wash away some of the stress that life throws at us.

Then we'll head over to Serenity Soul Wellness Hub for another Man Cave Monday.
A relaxed, informal space where men can connect, chat, laugh, vent, play games, share experiences, or simply sit with a coffee and enjoy being around good people.
No pressure.
No judgement.
No expectations.
Just a group of ordinary men supporting one another through life's ups and downs.

🌧️ Important Update – Goatfell Sponsored Walk 🏔️

As many of you know, our sponsored walk up Goatfell is planned for this weekend.

Unfortunately, the weather forecast is currently looking less than ideal, and while we all appreciate that Scottish weather can change quickly, we also have a responsibility to put safety first.
The weather isnt treacherous, but with already starting poor there is a high chance for things to turn worse, with little notice

This is not a decision we will take lightly. We know many people have arranged time off, organised travel, and have been looking forward to taking part.

However, our priority must always be ensuring that everyone returns home safely.

At the moment, we have three possible options:
✅ Continue with the walk as planned this weekend and accept the conditions we are given, and be prepared to turn back asna group if even one person wishes to do so.

✅ Postpone until Saturday 21st June.
With the possibility that conditions may be the same.

✅ Postpone until Saturday 28th June.
Again, the possibility the weather is still miserable.

The challenge, of course, is that there is no guarantee the weather will be any better on either alternative date.

And if we cant make the climb, then the only right thing to do is to return all funds that people have raised in sponsorship.

Before making a final decision, we'd like to hear from those planning to attend.

Would you prefer to:
1️⃣ Go ahead this weekend regardless of the forecast.
2️⃣ Move it to the 21st June.
3️⃣ Move it to the 28th June.

Please leave your preference in the comments below.
We'll continue to monitor the forecast over the next few days and make a final decision based on safety, weather conditions, and the feedback from those taking part.

One of our lovely supporting members has recently lost his father and has been left with a large collection of tools and equipment that now need to find new homes.

As you can imagine, this is both an emotional and financially difficult time for the family, so helping get these items sold to people who will genuinely use and appreciate them would mean a great deal.

I’ll upload a selection of photos of the items available. If you see anything that may be of interest to you, simply message the page and I’ll pass on the contact details privately.
