Flashback to the year 2000🩵🤸‍♂️🩵🧘🏻‍♀️🩵

During a sort out today, I found this ad created from an article in the Sussex Courier.

“Ancient healing practice
Having discovered yoga after a motorbike crash, Zimbabwean Lin Bridgeford brought its ancient healing practices to East Sussex.

A former dancer and now an osteopath, Ms Bridgeford had lived in England on and off for the last 20 years and currently lives in East Hoathly.

She teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to classes in Horam, Blackboys and Brighton.

She said it is a very energetic form of yoga and one which has attracted considerable media publicity because of celebrity interest from the likes of Sting and Madonna.

Ashtanga is executed in a sequence, in a similar way to Tai Chi and in her classes Ms Bridgeford equips students with the basics needed for them to continue practicing at home….

It is for people who want to take control of their health, and though there is a lot of spirituality behind it, it is 99% practice and 1% theory “
