Our 15-minute calls are perfect for:

🔹Welfare checks
🔹Help with meals or drinks
🔹Reassurance for families

They are a more cost effective visit and they can also be a great starting point for people who may feel reluctant or nervous about accepting care. A short, friendly visit can help build trust, confidence, and comfort at a pace that feels right. 💙

Short visits provide reassurance while helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own home.

We understand that not everyone needs long care visits and sometimes a quick check-in is exactly what’s needed. That’s why we proudly offer flexible 15-minute care calls tailored to individual needs.

- Bathing/Showering and Washing
- Assistance to get dressed/undressed
- Medication prompting and/or administering
- Light Domestic Duties
- Companionship and Social Visits
- Welfare Checks
- Meal preparation
- Toileting visits and continence care (including catheter care and stoma care)
- Availability for Single and Double handling care

Today, our office will be closing a little earlier than normal as we attend the funeral of one of our longest-serving and much-loved service users.

The office will be closed from 12.30pm today and will re-open at 9am tomorrow.

Our phones will still be answered throughout the afternoon, however responses may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Our out-of-hours service will be available as normal from 3pm.
