🤰Maternity Leave Announcement

🩵I am thrilled to announce that I am expecting my second baby this December.

🌟I will be starting my maternity leave from the end of September, however, I have two fantastic osteopaths to cover my wonderful patients whilst I’m away enjoying all the firsts and readjusting to life as a mum of two.

I’m hoping to take 12 months leave, however, please keep an eye on my socials to know more about my return (hopefully around September 2027).

Thank you to all my patients for your continued support and entrusting me as your osteopath - it truly is the best job!

🌸 June 🌸
I’ve been quiet on social media for a while as I’ve been busy serving my patients and clients as well as living intentionally as possible with my beautiful family - even stopping to enjoy the stunning peonies from my garden!

June is my birthday month, a time of year I cherish, half way through the year seeing the transition of spring to summer and it’s especially poignant this year as I reflect on the wonderful changes that’s going to happen over the next 6 months.

So, I invite you to reflect on the year that’s past and focus on the joys of the months ahead 🩷

A bit of a different post this morning…

🐢My lovely patient, Meg, gifted me one of her beautiful turtle prints before embarking on the final year of her degree (for those of you who know me well, will know I absolutely love my turtles - odd, but true!).

🌊Meg is nearing the end of her Marine Biology Degree and along her adventures that have seen her travel to Cornwall, Bali, Australia and Alaska, she has discovered an incredible talent for art - she can even do pet commissions upon request.

Having worked with Meg for a good few years now, it’s been wonderful to see her grow and I genuinely love her work (I will be purchasing more from her, for sure) and I’m very excited to share her Etsy shop with you all.

🩷Working with Samantha and Alex was a sheer joy. They put so much effort, time and planning into their hypnobirthing sessions it made my job a breeze!

After a challenging pregnancy, Samantha and Alex decided that an induction was the best choice for them and their baby. It was a decision they made in their own time, using the tools and techniques they had learnt through the course. They utilised their hypnobirthing tool kit - even taking Uno into the hospital! Laughing and smiling through labour, Samantha felt supported by Alex and confident in her decisions as she leant into her intuition and feelings.

Their birth was not the way they’d envisaged but Samantha felt euphoric and positive on the arrival of her baby - a glow that lasted weeks when I visited them after their littleone was born.

❄️Snowy weather? No problem! Working with my Private 1:1 Hypnobirthing Clients we decided to take today's session online due to the poor travelling conditions and enjoyed a successful and informative class.

Navigating a change of plan in birth is a huge part of what I teach, so it's only right we can navigate change during sessions too!

My clients throughly enjoyed their session today and are still on track for our in-person sessions to commence in their home ahead of the birth of their baby 🩷
