What a performance we have had this evening. First a murmuration of starlings then along came the geese. We’ve just had ducks do a fly past too but I wasn’t quick enough to catch them on film. I’m guessing they are enjoying the cooler air we have this evening.

I have found a new hobby 😍 when I signed up for a pottery workshop I didn’t think I would be able to make anything. Violet potteryintheyard was a fabulous tutor as was her assistant Karen. I made 4 pots and can’t wait to see what they look like once glazed. I’ll definitely be going back for more, I’ve got the bug!

I’ve had a fabulous day with my lovely sister in law at Castle Farm near Shoreham today. Castle Farm is the largest lavender farm in the UK. The smell was amazing 💜

I’m looking forward to trying this sleepy tea before bed tonight. It’s blended with chamomile, rose, lavender and hops 😴
