A Reflexology treatment with me is never just a foot rub or a plain treatment…

I always start a treatment but taking a moment to just connect to the feet (and thus the person) and feel into the hi-stories…

What thoughts, beliefs, experiences, trauma, ancestral patterns etc are your feet holding and what stories can they tell me?

What can we let go of to make space for the new?

I feel so grateful to be able to do what I love, to be of service, helping people to go a little deeper and under-STAND and love themselves more.
