Good morning Mystics ☀️
If you didn’t have time to perform a Moon ritual last night under the full blue Sagittarius Moon …. Here’s a wee ritual you could do today .
The Moon is still in Sagittarius but will be shifting into grounded earthy Capricorn soon.
Here is a wee ritual designed to capture those brilliant, soaring Sagittarius Moon ideas and channel them into the solid, structured containers that the incoming Capricorn Moon loves to build.
Think of this as building a launchpad for your arrows of inspiration.
The Sagittarius-to-Capricorn Transition Ritual:
From Arrow to Anchor.
Timing: Best performed during the void-of-course period as the Moon shifts from Sagittarius to Capricorn, or in the quiet hours just before the ingress.
What you need:
A piece of blank paper (unlined is great for the Sag phase; lined is perfect for Cap)
A pen (maybe a bright one for ideas, and a dark one for the plan)
A single candle (purple or blue for Sagittarius, or a grounding green/brown for Capricorn)
A crystal if you like (Amethyst or Turquoise for the vision; Smokey Quartz, Black Tourmaline, or Tiger's Eye for the grounding)
Step 1: Fire the Arrow (The Sagittarius Release)
Before you can structure the ideas, you need to let them fly without judgment. Sagittarius energy hates being boxed in too early.
1 Light your candle and take three deep, expansive breaths. Inhale possibility, exhale limitation.
2 At the very top of your paper, write down the big, beautiful, unedited vision. Don’t worry about how it will happen yet.
3 The Brain Dump: Bullet point every wild idea, philosophical download, or exciting project that has flashed through your mind over the last couple of days. Let it be messy. Let it be huge.
Step 2: The Horizon Shift (The Ingress Pause)
Take a moment to look at your paper. Acknowledge that while Sagittarius gives us the "Why" and the "What," Capricorn is about to give us the glorious, dependable "How."
Place both feet flat on the floor. Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Hold your grounding crystal if you have one, or simply place your hands flat on your desk or thighs.
Say quietly to yourself:
"The vision is seen; the sparks have flown. I now call in the earth to give them a home."
Step 3: Build the Mountain (The Capricorn Blueprint)
Now, look at your messy, beautiful list with the steady, discerning eye of the Sea-Goat. Capricorn loves efficiency and tangible results.
1 The Selection: Circle one or two ideas from your Sagittarius list that feel the most aligned or urgent. The rest aren't lost; they are just waiting in the archives.
2 The Deconstruction: Draw a line down the center of the bottom half of your page (or turn to a fresh, lined page).
On the Left: Write "The Milestone" (The realistic goal for the next few weeks).
On the Right: Write "The First Three Steps."
3 Break that big Sagittarius arrow down into three incredibly practical, bite-sized tasks. If an action step takes longer than an hour to complete, break it down further. Capricorn thrives on steady, rhythmic progress.
Step 4: Anchor the Practice
To close the ritual, fold the paper neatly—folding it toward you to bring the energy into reality.
Place a heavy object on top of it (your grounding crystal, a favorite book, or a literal rock from the garden) to symbolize anchoring that expansive sky energy deep into the material world.
Blow out the candle, knowing that your vision is no longer just a fleeting thought—it’s officially a plan.
