'Tang' is an old Scots word for seaweed, and 'Black' refers to the rich, dark colour it achieves when dried naturally by the elements on the shore.

All of our seaweed is responsibly sourced by ourselves from the pristine, Atlantic waters surrounding the Isle of Skye. Using nothing more than a bucket and scissors.
π The Process
From the water to our unique infusion, every step is carefully controlled. The seaweed is meticulously washed, dried to its rich, Black/Green hue, and is flaked before being slowly infused with high-quality coconut oil. Now with our signature ingredient, we combine it with other quality butters, oils and waxes right here on the island to our own formulas.
