Aerial Pilates and Aerial Yoga
Low-impact fitness practices that use a suspended fabric hammock to support, elevate, and challenge the body during exercise. It's so much fun and it really does work your core. Our Ariel will include slow controlled movements with relaxing music and a hammock chill at the end of class.
