What a beautiful Sunday morning spent with Lyndsay Bentley delivering a morning of Yoga and Sound 🤍✨

If you’re based in Retford or Worksop, I would absolutely recommend heading over to one of Lyndsay’s yoga sessions. I didn’t realise quite how much I needed that space until today.

I knew I’d enjoy it because Lyndsay has the most beautiful, calming energy, but it was even more special than I expected.

Yoga was followed by a sound bath and honestly… it was everything we needed. I absolutely love watching attendees sink deeper and deeper into relaxation, letting go completely, Reiki energy flowed beautifully as always and everyone’s crystal cards were on point.

Such a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning — yoga, sound and Reiki in perfect harmony 🤍💫✨

We will definitely be back with this beautiful blend together. Thank you so much for all the lovely feedback today, we truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing you all again next time.

Our Blue Moon meditation led us into such a beautiful healing sound session, and the Reiki energy was truly doing its thing. It really felt like coming home today, sitting with family and enjoying each other’s company.
