As I looked around the room, I was truly in awe of each and every one of them. We all arrive with our own stories, yet together we create something so special—a space filled with kindness, trust, love and the most beautiful energy.

✨ As the sound waves settle, sometimes it feels as though our energy remembers how to rise…

Every sound bath is unique. Some people simply experience deep relaxation, while others notice warmth, colours, emotions, or a profound sense of peace.

Whatever your experience, whether it’s energy, stillness or simply a well-earned rest, trust that your body receives exactly what it needs in that moment.

This morning was a beautiful session centred on gentle release, creating space, and returning to a peaceful, heart-centred state. 🤍

Feeling incredibly grateful to hold space, share this energy, and witness these quiet moments of connection.
