We’re so grateful for your support and for helping us bring this vision to life. It was such a beautiful evening, and we’ve been overwhelmed by the lovely feedback you’ve shared with us since.

One of the things we love most about this work is that it evolves with the seasons. As nature shifts, so do we, and we’re already dreaming up some beautiful ways to continue growing these experiences. From future Sound & Stillness evenings to outdoor sessions, and even retreat ideas further down the line, there are lots of exciting plans taking shape behind the scenes.

Your new summer favourites ☀️🌿

With the weather changing and summer slowly creeping in, I wanted to share two products I’ve really been enjoying lately from Tropic.

In the healing room, I speak a lot about the products we tend to use most regularly on our bodies, but often think the least about. This experience blends the calming effects of sound healing with gentle therapeutic touch and grounding energy work to help the body move out of that constant “doing” mode and into deeper relaxation.

Sound baths can help to:

✨ Create a sense of stillness and inner balance
