Today we said goodbye to my beautiful little sister Milli 💔Writing this I still can hardly believe that it’s true.

Milli, we are heartbroken to have lost you when you still had so much life left to live. We all thought we had more time.

You were one of a kind, “a Hogwarts girl in a muggle world”, kind, creative and devoted to your family

I have so much admiration for how you walked to the beat of your own drum and for how Incredibly brave you always were, especially through everything you had to face in the last two and a half years of your life, never showing any fear when told your cancer was incurable, I honestly don’t know how you did it.

I will miss you deeply and forever Milli, and I’m so grateful for every beautiful and imperfect part of growing up with you. I’ll honour you not just by remembering you, but in how I live.

Our family will never be the same, but you’ll always be my sister.

Are you sick of your periods being unbearably awful?.
And do you know that you can’t put up with the painful cramping, nausea, bloating and exhaustion every single month anymore?!
Well you don’t have to!!
After working with hundreds of women with endometriosis over the past 15 years I’ve been in clinical practice I’ve developed and fine tuned a method which addresses the root causes of endometriosis and provides relief from its symptoms.
I’ve taken women from:
Having extremely heavy bleeding (10 day bleeds and having to change sanitary products every 1-2hrs), feeling totally wiped out, nauseous, vomiting, excruciating pajn, dizziness, spending days curled up in bed exhausted and in pain
To:
Much lighter and shorter bleeds, huge reductions in pain (so they don’t even need OTC painkillers), no more nausea, much more energy and no missing out on work, gym, socialising anymore!
BUT If you want to get these kind of results you have to be willing to give up the things that are making you sick.

WHAT DOES YOUR DIET HAVE TO DO WITH YOUR PERIODS? Quite a lot actually!
The food you eat provides the building blocks for your body to make your hormones.
So the smartest approach to rebalancing hormones is to adopt a diet which supports hormonal balance.
If your diet is full of processed foods, inflammatory oils and sugar for example, you’re setting yourself up for hormone problems.
Exactly how to rebalance your hormones using functional foods is one of the things I teach my clients and students and I’ve helped women completely transform their monthly cycles this way.
