During my training as a Menopause practitioner I’ve had to learn some hard lessons about how I have treated my own body.

Keto, long fasting protocols all month round…the list goes on.

The truth is, most of the current fitness and diet advice is researched on male bodies and can trigger catabolic stress for us females. Oh yeah they all worked…until they didn’t.

Now I’m not telling any woman what to do with thier body. I HATE that, especially when it’s men trying to give us the advice when they cannot possibly live our experience.

HOWEVER, our bodies aren’t just smaller versions of men, we are a delicate ecosystem that needs to feel safe to thrive.

Female physiology thrives on support, not scarcity. Modifying these stressors to align with the menstrual cycle, rather than imitating male protocols, is key for hormonal health. This is even more important when we begin to transition to peri menopause and menopause.

We go through all of this and more during our Flowing Pause four week course.

Our online intake is starting in June and we’ll be repeating our in person course very soon.

Remember, you know your body best, I’m just here to remind you that you can work with your biology, not against it.

The same calming guidance from our hub, now in your living room.

Meditation and Yoga shouldn’t be another item on your to-do list. I’m bringing a selection of my classes online to give us, as busy women, the chance to hit pause in our own space.

No need to rush out of the door or get back for the school run. You can now bring the hub to you and bring your practice home.

Starting with our Meditation and Breath classes which will be available from Monday.

Monday - 6:00am
Tuesday - 7:00pm
Wednesday - 6:00am

Evening Ease || Meditation and Sound

The Chakra Series Returns 21st May.

Starting with Muladhara (Root) we will work our way through the energy centres to explore how each one influences our physical and emotional well-being.

Over seven weeks, we will use specific sound frequencies and guided meditation techniques to target blockages and encourage healthy energy flow.

Week 1 Thursday 21st May 6:15pm: Root Chakra

Focusing on grounding, stability, and physical security.

The Journey: We will then move weekly through the Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, and Third Eye, concluding with the Crown.

Expect a combination of intentional breathwork, restorative meditation, and a focused sound bath with reiki drumming.

As always fresh flowers will fill the room absorbing the vibrations and reiki energy from the drum for you to then take home with you.

We can’t wait to bring our loved chakra series back to you.
